Liberty London or Liberty's has a strong historical connection with English designers from the Arts and Crafts period as well as being a driver of the Art Nouveau style trends. So much so that in Italy, Art Nouveau became known as the 'Stile Liberty', after the London shop. Oscar Wilde, a regular client of the store, considered that Liberty's is the chosen resort of the artistic shopper.
Liberty's department store is located on Great Marlborough Street in the West End of London. If you visit London its a must see!

Fun Liberty London fact - Way back in November 1885, Liberty brought forty-two villagers from India to stage a living village of Indian artisans. Liberty's specialised in Oriental goods, in particular imported Indian silks, in order to generate both publicity and sales for the store.

My Approach
Before I begin work, all of my scarves are inspected for flaws or stains and dry cleaned to ensure you of a quality finished garment.
Scarves are photographed to detail their condition, authenticity, and provenance.

Sustainability
Each scarf is preloved and most are vintage. The finished product represents a renewal of life for the scarf.
The jackets I prefer to use are all new in order to assure you of quality, size and fit. I have chosen to make Levi my core jacket brand because of their commitment to sustainability and social responsibility and because their clothing items are durable and stand the test of time.

Jacket Care
Although denim is a durable, hardwearing, cotton, fabric, pure silk is a fine delicate, natural fabric. Your jacket must now be handled carefully as if it were 100% silk.
A care label can be found within the jacket recommending dry cleaning in line with the requirements of 100% silk.
Take care with over the shoulder purses as straps might damage the silk threads.
